With your new child on the way, the last thing you want to be concentrating on is registering for your hospital stay. UF Health Flagler Hospital offers maternity pre-admission so that the only thing on your mind is this momentous occasion.

Welcome to UF Health Flagler Hospital’s online Maternity Preregistration portal. We want to thank you for choosing UF Health Flagler Hospital for all of your health care needs. At UF Health Flagler Hospital, we know that having a baby is one of the most momentous occasions in life. That’s why we shine in making maternal and newborn care personalized and patient-centered when you’re looking forward to the arrival of your child.

We recommend that you preregister with the hospital by your fifth month of pregnancy. This will ensure that we have all of your vital demographic information to verify your insurance coverage and health benefits. Your information will be sent directly to our facility in a secure format.

Please remember to bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you on the day of your visit. All patient responsibilities are due at the time of service. Your insurance coverage and health benefits will be verified in advance of your delivery. For any questions regarding this process, please call 904.819.4500 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.

• Ordering doctor and primary care doctor
• What date has been anticipated for delivery
